About the Founder

Dr. Moazzam Khan is the founder of LINGUA FRANCA TECH INSTITUTE. An accomplished academic and educator, he holds a Ph.D. in Digital Media Communication and Multimedia, and is also NET qualified. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor, Dr. Khan has dedicated his career to promoting affordable, high-quality education rooted in practical, industry-oriented learning.

In 1998, he established the institute with the mission to bridge the gap between education and employability through a “Learn and Earn” model. His vision is to empower students with both technical and language proficiency, making them job-ready and future-focused. Under his leadership, the institute has successfully trained over 10,000 students and continues to grow as a trusted name in professional education.
